  • Complete New Student Application and Parent/Guardian Information Form, and provide the latest report card and standardized test scores, if applicable.
  • Returning Students fill out Re-Registration Form sent home in Wednesday's Folder.

Once you have received your acceptance letter, the registration fee of $150 will secure a spot for your student. The following items are required to complete your student’s registration:

  • Original State Birth Certificate (A copy will be made and you will keep the original.)
  • Social Security Card (A copy will be made and you will keep the original.)
  • Alabama Certificate of Immunization
  • Transcript of grades for students entering 1st-8th grade (School will request these records directly from previous school.)
  • Parishioner Tuition Rate Application (Available in the office)
  • Students are required to wear uniforms purchased from Dennis Uniforms.

Pay in full or monthly tuition for Kindergarten through 8th grade is available. Please click the link below to see all tuition rates. Different payment options are available. Visit the Business Office for more details.

  • The K4 program is separate from the multiple student scale.
