Boxtop News: Our second BoxTops Classroom Collection Competition is off to a great start! Currently, Mrs. Zoeller’s 4th grade is leading and Mrs. Lampton’s 5th grade and Mrs. Marten’s Kindergarten are tied in second place. They are closely followed by Mrs. Brown’s 2nd grade, Mrs. Havin’s 6th Grade, Mrs. Lones’ 6th grade and Mrs. Martin’s 1st grade. There are a few weeks left in this competition (ends Nov. 21st) so keep collecting and bringing in your BoxTops for your class. Thanks!

The St. John’s 2008 Fall Book Fair: The 2008 fall book fair was a stellar success. Thank you to the students, parents, staff and teachers who participated. And a special thank you to the wonderful grandparents who took time to accompany their grandchildren to the book fair.

The book fair’s profit this year set a new record at $2,341.27. These proceeds will allow the library to continue to have an outstanding collection of media for the Saint John’s School Library. Rosemary Terry, Librarian

On Demand Scrip: Great news! In the first quarter of the school year On Demand SCRIP profited $825 for our school! Let's try to beat this profit next quarter. If you have never purchased a SCRIP card stop by the red van in the lower parking lot on Friday morning between 7:30 and 8:15am. Elizabeth Servidio will be happy to answer your questions.
