Conference days: Just a reminder Thursday, October 23^rd and Friday, October 24^th are Parent-Teacher conference days. School dismissal will be 1:00 PM and there will be aftercare. 

Middle School Parents:  Please note you will pick up your student’s report card from the homeroom teacher.  Should you need further conference time with another teacher, please contact her/him through email and schedule an appointment for sometime next week. 

Basketball Players Needed:  We are looking for 3-6 more 5^th-6^th grade girls and 3-6 more 3^rd/4^th grade boys for this year’s Winter Basketball.  If interested, please fill out a registration form ASAP and return it to the front office; late fees are waived for these two needs.  Questions can be directed towards Todd Gilmore (tgilmore@agicorp.com) and George Culver (GEORGE.A.CULVER@saic.com). 

USED UNIFORM SALE - The Fall Used Uniform Sale is next week and just in time for the cooler weather!  There is still time to gather items that no longer fit your children and make your shopping lists - pants, long sleeve shirts, sweaters.  Drop-off is Monday October 27th from 7:30 - 1:30 and the sale will run Tuesday 7:30 - 3:30 and Wednesday 7:30 - 10:00.  Remember, if you're donating everything to the PTO just bag your clothes and hand them to us...we'll do all the work.  If you'd like to consign your items and receive 70% of the profit, then tag and bag your items, along with a completed inventory sheet and bring them to the Knights Room on Monday before 1:30pm.  For more information and to download the inventory sheet, go to www.stjohnb.com and click on Clubs, then PTO, then Used Uniform Sales.  If you have any questions or if you would like to help with the sale, contact Linda Schaaf (natsar@knology.net) or Melanie Stoner (melanieas@hotmail.com).
