Students use Microsoft Office 2007/Windows XP in the lab. They are exposed to a variety of educational software programs in addition to the MS Office applications . If students do not have access to Microsoft Office at home, the following may be helpful: The Huntsville Public Library Computer Lab

If students use Windows 7 at home, they may notice the start button may or may not say "start" in Windows 7 (it may also be the Windows logo). The file structure in Windows 7 is similar to the file structure using the Windows XP explore feature (right click on start/left click on explore to view file list).
Microsoft has a video that shows some of the differences between Windows XP and Windows 7. Click here to view.
